Returns Policy
We want you to love your Unbranded gear, but we know sometimes things don’t work out. So here’s how our returns work:
If we made a mistake
If you’ve received the wrong size, colour, or a faulty product, we’ll make it right. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.
If you’ve changed your mind
Under UK consumer law, you’re entitled to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition (just as you received them).
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Sizing
Because our jerseys are made to fit a wide range of body types, please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns based on incorrect sizing unless we have sent the wrong size.
Custom items
Custom jerseys and designs are made exclusively for you, so we can’t usually accept returns in the same way as standard products.
That said, as part of our custom service and as a valued customer, if you ever have an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly. We’ll do everything we can to put things right, whether that means adjustments, replacements, or another solution that works best for you.
